Both Ben and Sanele have annual meetings in Durban to reinforce not just the friendship they have made since 2020 but to constantly build their vision for the business. Having a tightly knitted team all looking to achieve greatness in this industry and beyond.
Since leaving university, where he studied Chinese Studies, Communication and Media at the University of Liverpool, Ben has been working within the Financial-Technology space. He has gained experience of how to service clients with the highest professionalism and developed understanding of optimising the efficiency of a business’ sales team.
Since graduating in Multimedia & Visual Communication Studies, Sanele ventured into a plethora of creative fields, through in-house & agency employment. This was to gain an all-rounded experience in the creative space. He excelled in aspects of design, such as Broadcast Design, 3D Animation, Advertising, Branding & Web Development. This further led him to delve into entrepreneurship as a tool to help service the demand for multifaceted creative solutions — thus the evolution of Fresh Sync & other socially focused ventures he leads.
Shekhar Maharaj is a driven Software Developer and Project Strategist with a passion for innovation. Currently enrolled at Richfield Graduate Institute of Technology, he embarked on his journey in to the industry in 2020 and has since been dedicated to continuous learning and upgrading his skillset. Eagerly anticipating graduation in December of 2023, he seeks to make a significant impact with his expertise and creativity.
Yashvier is a highly skilled professional with a bachelor’s degree in Information Technologies and specialized knowledge in Systems Engineering. As an Automation Technician, Yash is proficient in utilizing Power Automate to create efficient and streamlined automations. His expertise extends to various programming languages, including PHP, HTML, MySQL, JavaScript, and Bootstrap, enabling him to develop dynamic web applications for our client’s needs. Yash is committed to his continuous learning, proved by holding 13 certificates from platforms like SoloLearn and Free Code Camp, while also staying up-to-date through Udemy courses. Yash approaches projects with a comprehensive perspective, ensuring scalable and sustainable solutions.
After leaving university, where Phoebe studied Fashion Design at the University of Leeds, Phoebe has been gaining a variety of experience in different fields, from festival construction to care taking and personal assistance. She has developed the importance of building strong relationships with customers and colleagues, along with efficient and reliable communication and organization. Phoebe will be joining Ben to help extend Fresh Sync’s business relationships across all sectors.
